OPTIMRACK is a powerful and comprehensive HR management system (HRMS) that is designed to assist HR personnel in any type of organization to engage and manage their workforce. Our product will digitize and streamline all HR functions and provide end of end tracking and reporting. It is industry agnostic and flexibility is the key success factor. It is basically designed in such a way that any industry can adopt this product and can choose to add-on the other services we provide (Accounting, legal, operations, supply chain) or build their own custom products on top of it using the open API.
OPTIMRACK is developed using our specialized custom defined architecture – “Scalable Software Architecture”, which enables core engine supporting the fundamentals of human resource management and adds the ability for other components to be plugged into the core system as add-on components. It offers a versatile platform for both employers and employees in a streamlined fashion for workforce optimization. Employers can get real-time information of all employees, positions, status, delivery and control. Additional integrations include management dashboard, project management, requisitions, search and email integration.
OPTIMRACK can be deployed on-premises or as a hosted system on AWS or Azure. The web-based system has a very intuitive design, so users do not need to spend hours trying to figure out workflow or the features. A typical deployment takes about 1 hour and customizations will take about 4 hours (depending on the size and complexity). Data migration depends on the size of data to be migrated.
OPTIMRACK is currently being offered as SaaS (Software as a Solution) that is deployed either on our servers with separate instance for each client with dedicated processing that comes at a reasonably low-cost or deployed on customer premises or on cloud services like AWS and Azure. The system is completely cloud-based, Windows/Linux and Mac compatible and can support large organizations.
